Hudson at 4 Months

Hudson is growing up so fast!! He now weighs 16.3 lbs and is 26 inches long, he now has doubled his birth weight.

Stuff he has done:
-started eating baby food(so far sweet potatoes are his favorite)
-getting close to sitting up on his own
-takes 1-2 hour naps in his crib
-really starting to teeth, chewing on everything he can get in his mouth
-he loves being in the carrier
-blows raspberry
-had his first Easter and Mother's Day
-found out he's going to have a cousin in November

Hudson's 3 Month Pics

We had 3 month pictures taken or Hudson. I wanted to do newborn, 3, 6, 9, and 12 month pics, it will end up being 1 1/2, 3, 6, 9, 12 but that is just fine! For his 1 1/2 month pics my cousin took them, I love how they turned out, she just lives an hour and a half away so it's not really convenient.

The rest of his pictures are going to be taken by a good friend of ours. She is awesome and I love how  these turned out!!

Catching Up: Hudson at 3 months

At 3 months Hudson weighed 15 pounds. He didn't have a Drs. appointment so I'm not sure what his height was.

Some of the new things he can do:
-he can roll from his tummy to his back
-he started teething so he is drooling and chewing his tongue more
-laughing
-grabbing or holding onto toys that are put in his hand
-eats rice cereal in his bottle at night

He is eating every 3-4 hours, we've starting alternating between 4 and 6 ounces. At night he sleeps between 8-10 hours.

Catching Up: Hudson at 2 Months

Even though we had to miss out on the first 7 weeks of Hudson's life, he has an awesome birth mom who gave me a bunch of pictures during that time.

He was born December 16, 2013 at 10:38 am 7lbs 15oz and 20 1/2 inches long.

When he was 1 1/2 months old, right after we got him, we went and had pictures taken. They were supposed to be his newborn pics but they ended up being his new to us pics. Here's a sneak peek of some of my favorite.

He turned 2 months old 2 weeks after we got him. At his 2 month check up he weighed 12lbs and 2oz  and was 23 inches long, he got his first set of shots :(

Some of the new stuff happening

-chewing his tongue

-making spit bubbles

-starting to hold his head up

-smiles more

-starting to focus more on faces and toys

He eats about every 3 hours during the day and sleeps for around 5-7 hours at night
